- If patient is with or without a loss of consciousness (LOC) and the specific time of LOC
- If LOC was not regained with death, specify if due to brain injury or other injury

- Interventions as appropriate-craniotomy with evacuation, stereotactic aspiration with thrombolytic agents, endoscopic evaluations, etc.
