- Specify site or type-congenital, psychogenic, bladder, bowel, eye, etc.
- Differentiate between flaccid and spastic hemiplegia
- Report the underlying cause-status post-stroke
- Detail paraplegia and quadriplegia as being incomplete or complete
- Clarify the quadriplegia level-C1-4, C5-7
- Specify if current or sequela of an existing condition
