Cleaning up your list of ideas in preparation for the next phase of the journey

The tools of Ideation encourage divergent thinking and help you generate dozens of ideas. Since the thinking is free flowing and uncensored, it should come as no surprise that different tools might generate the same idea. Further, if you have been doing idea generation with groups of people, you should not be surprised if different groups come up with the same idea.

Take a few moments now to clean up your list of ideas (or wall full of adhesive notes!) by combining similar ideas, and making sure that each is captured clearly enough to be understood by others.
